Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel future renewal through the available subscription-management process. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically erase an account.

Access after cancellation

Access to paid features may continue through the end of an already-paid billing period, depending on the payment status shown by the billing provider.

Refund requests

Refund eligibility may depend on the circumstances of the charge and applicable law. Contact Study Help Central promptly if you believe a billing error occurred.

Billing provider
